{My Parties} Tangled 3rd Birthday Party

Tangled Party- Dessert Table

This past May 2012 My daughter ‘K’ turned the big 0-3!
She’s been in love with the movie Tangled, an adaptation of the story of Rapunzel. And, frankly, so have I. So I knew we had to do a Rapunzel style birthday party. My only challenge was narrowing down what elements to include in the party. There was so many cute elements in the movie that would be totally fun in a party!

So lets talk details. After all… love is in the details!

When planning for a party the first thing I usually look for to support my theme visually are printable. I found these fabulous cupcake toppers and much more from Two Tiny Loves on Etsy. They were absolutely perfect for our party!

Tangled's Pascal

I loved having some of the characters in pop up different places around the dessert table. Here’s Pascal hanging by the cupcakes!

Tangled Party Favor bags

We had favor bags and attached thank you tags with coordinating ribbon. My mom has a real talent for tying bows!

Flynn Rider Wanted Posters

We couldn’t have a Tangled party with out scattering Flynn Rider Wanted posters all around the front of the house and the backyard. We got these from Girly Momma Designs.

Tangled Party Sun Banner

This Tangled Sun banner has to be one of my many favorite details of this party. The sun and purple color are iconic in the movie Tangled. And so it was a must have for when planning this party. I was fortunate enough to find this beautiful banner handcrafted by 21 Creations. Don’t you just love it?

Tangled Party Snuggly Duckling Sign

The Snuggly Duckling is another thing you can’t soon forget from the movie. So we had our food at the Snuggly Duckling table. And my mom actually made this sign… freehand!  She’s amazing!

Tangled Party CookiesI must tell you about these cookies! Not only were they beautiful and perfect for this party but they were so delicious! Guests were raving about them. Not Betty Cookies made these and she does all  sorts of other cookies. Can’t wait to eat her cookies again.
